OAKFIELD TRUST, The Community Property Development Co. Limited was set up by Clondalkin Partnership to provide affordable premises for the Community & Voluntary Sector organisations in the Clondalkin area. It was established as a separate independent legal entity Company Limited by Guarantee in 1996. Oakfield Trust is a registered Charity No: CHY 13443. It is the umbrella logo of both the "Clondalkin Property Development Company Limited" and "Clondalkin Property Leasing Company Limited". At present the organization faces many new opportunities and challenges, including the expansion of its services into the CPLN Area Partnership, formerly called Clondalkin Partnership. OAKFIELD TRUST will extend its boundaries to cover all the areas north of the Naas Road, which will include Lucan, Palmerstown, and Newcastle as well as Clondalkin.
OAKFIELD TRUST owns three properties and leases seven property units in Clondalkin area.

- Councillor of SDCC.
